Michael Greenwald GC4GS Co-Founder & Co-Chair Communication Committee Co-Chair Mike is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician living in Dunwoody GA. As Co- founder and Co-chair of Georgia Clinicians for Gun Safety (GC4GS) he chairs the Communication Committee and also serves on the Steering committee of Georgia Majority for Gun Safety, an umbrella organization of gun safety advocacy groups in Georgia. Some of the projects he has spear-headed for GC4GS include the Greet the Legislators lobbying effort and postcard campaign during Gun Violence awareness month. In addition to multiple speaking engagements and press events in GA he has lobbied in Washington DC through On Call for Kids.

Sofia Chaudhary GC4GS Co-Founder & Co-Chair Education Committee Chair Sofia Chaudhary MD, FAAP is a pediatric emergency physician living in Decatur, GA. She is a co-founder and co-chair of the Georgia Clinicians for Gun Safety (GC4GS) and chairs the Education committee. Her motivation for this work comes from caring for countless children and teens that have lost their lives or been injured due to firearms. She has advocated for evidence- based gun safety legislation both locally and federally and is on the leadership board for Oncall4Kids.

Claudia Fruin Communication Committee Co-Chair Claudia Fruin, MD, FAAP is a retired pediatrician advocate who launched a safe gun storage campaign for the state of Utah in 2013. She is a past president of the Utah Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She relocated to Atlanta in 2022 to be closer to family. She serves on the steering committees for Georgia Clinicians for Gun Safety and Georgia Majority for Gun Safety. She is also a gun owner and serves as the Senior Ambassador for Giffords Gun Owners for Safety in Georgia. She believes that responsible gun laws are necessary in our country to protect all of us, but especially our children.

Sagar Mehta Event Planning Committee Chair Sagar is a pediatric emergency medicine physician living in Atlanta, Georgia. His motivation to work on gun safety initiatives stems from witnessing countless pediatric firearm injuries while working in the ED, and he has supported advocacy efforts at the local, state, and national level. He serves on the Georgia Clinicians for Gun Safety Steering Committee and chairs the Events Subcommittee.

Kiesha Fraser Doh Membership Committee Co-Chair Kiesha Fraser Doh, MD, FAAP is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician and injury prevention advocate. She became interested in preventing firearm injuries in children after seeing so many unintentional injuries in children presenting to the ED and realizing that secure storage devices would prevent these injuries. As a mom who routinely ensures that the homes her children visit are free from unsecured firearms she wants to ensure that all parents are aware of the dangers that an unsecured firearm poses. She is a strong advocate on a local and federal level. She is Co-Chair of the Membership Committee for Georgia Clinicians 4 Gun Safety and on the steering committee as well.

Anna Rodenbough Fundraising Committee Chair Anna Rodenbough, MD, MPH, FAAP is a pediatric critical care physician living in Atlanta, GA. She sits on the Georgia Clinicians for Gun Safety (GC4GS) Steering Committee and chairs the Fundraising Committee. As a doctor who frequently provides care for children who are injured or killed by firearms, Anna is passionate about reducing firearm violence in Georgia and beyond. She advocates alongside diverse groups and individuals to research and promote common sense gun safety initiatives at the local, state, and federal level.
